Dylan Rabbidge

Before joining SouthRoads, Dylan spent over three years at the Southland District Council predominantly working as the Commercial Lead Roading, this included working alongside NZTA and various stakeholders to achieve value for money to the ratepayer.

The role focussed on programming, forecasting, budget development, and ultimately delivering on Councils and NZTA’s requirements, with a balance between these two responsibilities being the crucial part of the role.

Dylan brings a considerable range of expertise and experience to his role as Maintenance Divisional Manager with a Bachelor of Business Degree (Accounting) working in various roles across multiple industries including the Production Sector and Local Government.

Continuous improvement is the fundamental philosophy Dylan strives to achieve, while embracing change and he is continually looking for improvements to ultimately bring additional value to SouthRoads clients.

Outside of work, the majority of Dylan’s spare time is taken up with family. He does manage to maintain a passion for hunting, cycling and classic cars.
