1. Road Maintenance Cyclic Truck Operator

Join the team keeping Southland's road network safe and running well. This is a hands-on, outdoor role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and likes being part of a close-knit crew.

• Full Class 2 licence minimum (Class 4/5 gets you extra points)
• Wheels, Tracks & Rollers (WTR) endorsement a bonus or we'll help you get there
• You know your way around heavy vehicles, rural roads and all
• Treats safety like it actually matters

2. Road Maintenance Worker - Stabilising Crew

Like to get stuck in? Join our stabilising crew doing the heavy-duty work of repairing roads from the ground up. Hands-on, outdoors, and never boring.

• Full driver's licence required
• Handy with tools, and machinery
• Happy to muck in with a tight-knit crew
• Fit, keen, and ready for a proper day's work

3. Seasonal Spray Bike Operator - Township Spraying

Prefer flying solo? Jump on a spray bike and take charge of keeping our township streets, footpaths and kerbs weed-free this spring and summer.

• Growsafe certification (or similar) preferred, happy to help you get it
• Full driver's licence
• Comfortable working solo, rain or shine
• A steady hand and an eye for detail
