We’ve got an excellent opportunity for experienced Site Works Forepersons and Civil Forepersons to join our team. You’ll be based at our Mosgiel branch, supporting projects across Dunedin and occasionally venturing into the Clutha and Waitaki districts (don’t worry, we’ll give you a map).
The people we are looking for should:
· Have proven experience in civil construction and site works, ideally in a foreperson role.
· Be confident in leading and motivating teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification.
· Demonstrate strong knowledge of civil works, including, concrete works and site preparation.
· Possess excellent communication and coordination skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Be proactive in problem-solving and adaptable to changing site conditions.
· Always understand and enforce health and safety standards.
· Have the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications accurately.
