We are currently looking for a skilled Class 5 Driver to join our team in Balclutha. The role will involve operating a bottom dump truck and trailer combination undertaking road maintenance metaling under our current Clutha District Council road maintenance contract, as well as supporting earthworks, construction and siteworks projects for our numerous additional clients throughout the business and regions where we operate.

Ideally, you will have 3+ years experience in a similar role. What we are really looking for is someone with a hardworking, 'can-do' attitude, and someone who is willing to get stuck in and get the job done. You'll be happy working in a team environment as well as without supervision.

The person we are looking for should:

· have previous experience in the civil contracting industry

· Have a Class 5 license, with WTR endorsements

· be able to look after and maintain plant and machinery

· be tidy, energetic and enthusiastic, with good communication skills

· understanding the fundamental operation of a technological device

· happy working in a team environment as well as without supervision
