 SouthRoads pavement construction operation is the largest team in Southland and Otago.  We currently operate four dedicated construction crews and while our teams are based in Invercargill and Balclutha we regularly complete works throughout Southland and Otago regions.

Our teams have been extensively involved for many years in the construction of urban, rural and State Highway roads throughout Southland and Otago.  SouthRoads construction teams have also completed the sitework associated with some of Southland and Otago’s newest developments.  These sites have included freezing works, dairy factory, medium density fibre board factories etc as well as subcontract works on projects that have included prisons, hotels and commercial factory sites.

Our construction teams have completed residential and commercial subdivision site developments and have the team available to offer the complete project management service on all construction works.
